Our room was in poor shape with a very dis functional door lock assembly making it difficult to exit the room to the hallway. There were no other rooms at the hotel for a transfer, so we changed hotels. One good thing was a refund of the remaining nights that i prepaid

Was fine. Good service, breakfast service in the room was very nice. Internet was very poor and kept cutting in and out.

A poor quality on the breakfast combined with no fitness room was not up to the standards of the room price.
