Lovely hotel and location. However, a few areas of improvement. The positives, Sebastian in the restaurant was absolutely amazing and made a little girl happy with sending dessert up to the room when too tired to stay and eat downstairs. He genuinely bent over backwards. Room for improvement. The red paint on the corridors and rooms on floor 4. These needed more coats of paint as patchy and was showing damage, especially behind the toilet. This would have been better as a red acrylic sheet rather than paint. A proper hairdryer is required, not one attached to the wall resembling a hand dryer, that was slow and just go too hot to hold before har was dried. More staff esp at breakfast, only 2 days we were asked if we wanted coffee, tables were unclean and slow topping up food. In the evening we left the bar after 30 minutes without been served and during the day had to find staff to order drinks. Overall we had a fab stay and will be back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff, views and food. My room was immaculate and perfect. Close to train stop and great restaurants.

The room was filthy. The art is horrible, the pool was empty, gym disgusting extremely small with filthy carpet.
