I am a long time customer of Accor Hotels, and generally had good experience. However, in this occasion, although I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, I was not satisfied with the following: - climate control not working i.e. no room ventilation, worsened by the impossibility to open the window, which is fundamental for wellbeing especially overnight - restaurant closed with no explanation at lunch time on Friday 15 and Saturday 16, in an area with no restaurants around Hopefully these issues will be addressed. Thank you

Clean, quiet, large bedroom perfect for good rest before a long flight. My only criticism being that a hotel of your standard should offer a much better quality of complimentary coffee to its guests.
