The rooms are very hot. The breakfast is good and the hospitality is nice. Naturally the fire in the sauna is a disappointment

Staff were clear with the check in process and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Venue was large and well suited for event. Breakfast was well stocked and easy to sort. Love doing this once a year.

The hotel and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast is also awesome. The only weakness is that the fitness center machines are on a very old and weak status and I suggest to buy new ones.Current ones made lot of noise and can be heard from rooms 101, 102 and in some cases can distirb during sleeping.

The hotel is in a great location, and a beautiful building. The rooms however are very tired. For a hotel that is a mercure brandI would have expected the rooms to be a lot more up to date and better put together.
