We booked for New Year on the peninsula and while the hotel is 5mins drive from town it was still easy enough to get an Uber in to restaurants. Our room was large and had plenty of room with a balcony looking across the course. The staff were very friendly and informative. Only negative is the restrictive hours for opening of the restaurant. It closed quiet early for order by 7pm. We didn’t have an issue but noticed other guests have issues with this. Given nothing else close would be good to stay open a little later even till 8pm.

The room needs better lighting, especially in the bathroom. fresh cold water and the air conditioning is extremely noisy and wouldn’t turn down. Also a better mirror as the full length on the wardrobe door is almost in the dark.
