Great and very efficient staff Bedroom lacking good quality itens...like a pastic mugs instead of a real one, toilet paper of poor quality and no tissue, no sleepers

Although I already mentioned this to the front desk, I wanted to reiterate just how good a stay my partner and mother in law had over the Christmas period. The staff (Roxanne and Juliette in particular) were lovely and took great care of us, and both the spa team and facilities were excellent. This was a true moment of relaxation, calm and rest for all of us.

Lovely hotel with ample parking which was a requirement for us as we were travelling in our classic car. However a few details let down the overall experience.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the charm of our hotel as well as the convenience of our large parking area—especially important for travelers like you with a classic car. It is always a pleasure to welcome car enthusiasts. That said, we are sincerely sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the issue with the first room, as well as the inconveniences related to the lighting and cleanliness in the second room. While we were happy to offer you a complimentary upgrade, we fully understand that this should not come with other shortcomings. Regarding dinner, we regret that some dishes were unavailable, limiting your choices. Our menu is intentionally concise to focus on fresh, seasonal products, but we understand your frustration when several options were missing during your visit. We also apologize for the communication difficulties at reception. While we strive to offer multilingual service, we recognize the importance of having English-speaking staff available at all times and will take this into account in our organization. Finally, your comments about breakfast and the condition of the facilities that morning have been duly noted. We will review our procedures to ensure better replenishment and maintenance, especially after large groups. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
