Very comfortable hotel, great location for train/bus/to walk around the area. Room with a balcony didn't disappoint. Lovely staff. Good breakfast.

Being the new year family vacation, we had paid premium rates for our 3 nights stay expecting a high quality service for an Accor loyal member. The hotel location is the only great thing about our stay. After doing online check-in and arriving at 3.30pm, we needed to wait for the room keys. Housekeeping was below average throughout the stay and didn’t get on time. The reception lady staff simply answered “we are busy” and wait without any firm commitment. There was no live food counter during breakfast and it was only available with the extra payment. This is again different when compared to the other hotels where we stayed during our 2 weeks Swiss holidays. Asking about welcome drinks for the loyal member was fulfilled with resistance saying bar is closed for a private event!
