The buffet breakfast was lovely, very flavoursome and not overcrowded. The room was nice, but missed those extra details you would expect from a hotel like this, such as no bottled water on bedsides, no turn down service. We rang for ice, chased up after almost an hour and finally got some a little later. The temperature in the shower fluctuated from luke warm to really hot. Food images and description did not match what was delivered, followed up but no action or response from staff until we checked out and followed up again. Nice to be at Chadstone shopping centre, to have that on your doorstep for other food options and lots of shopping. Pool area ok, quite a small pool, hot tub was really nice, during our visits to the pool area no one ever cleared or cleaned up so can be filled with dirty towels on lounges, empty drink and food bits all over etc.

hotel location and room are pretty good unfortunately it has plenty room to improve the hospitality services. Few staff are very good but most of them aren't. i've no idea the room rate is always higher than the 3rd party booking platforms then accor official website. it makes me uncomfortable and unfriendly.

NYE was over $800 for the night without breakfast, and we received nothing in return, we even got kicked out of the pool. The room wasn't the cleanest. Very disappointing when you pay over $1500 for 3 nights' accommodation only you expect a little more. Parking prices have almost doubled too since November but are still advertised on the tv in the room for the same price we paid in November. As an interstate traveler I wish I knew in advance the pool was out of action on NYE we would have stayed in the city.
