From the moment we arrived the impression was very poor. No concierge, no valet parking, one person in the entire reception area and from there it just got worse!

Everything was good however the service was a little slow if I had to pick. Had to follow up on some requests however it was Black Friday sale weekend so I can only imagine how busy the hotel was and no doubt that would’ve contributed to some delays in the service. Aside from that everything was fine.
