As always the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Couldn't connect to the TV to stream from any apps as the Chrome cast was not working.

Really enjoyed the experience.Our rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was also good with a range of options.

I LOVED the self check in (appreciate it may not suit all - but I thought it was awesome). The lady at reception when I checked in (sorry I didn't take her name) - her smile made the whole experience extra delightful.

We used the self check in process because there were no hotel staff were in sight. The process was fairly easy however there was no one to inform us where to park or where the lifts were. We eventually found the car park and the lifts which are tucked away. We wanted to dine at restaurant but there was no staff member around to guide us to a table or take orders so we reluctantly went next door to the Workers Club to eat.
