We had a lovely time, restaurant and housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and we were given an upgrade. Rasam the Indian restaurant was the worst food we had eaten. Definitely needs improving as It was not authentic at all. Mandarin was amazing. We arrived late on the first day and our rooms were not ready but it was sorted out quite swiftly. We would come again for sure. Entertainment was great!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Rixos Radamis. The hotel made a very good impression, and most things were well organized. There were a few small issues: for two days we could not get hand towels in the room — only bath towels and foot towels were provided. Also, on a couple of evenings there were long queues for dinner at the restaurant near the beach. Apart from that, everything was great. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have fewer divers and photographers trying to sell their services on the beach, as it can feel a bit too much sometimes. In general, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the hotel team.
