They boast that fairmont gold are exclusive, free boat ride, got bathtub, so we ordered that. But we got downgraded to normal room, go to room via employee elevator, they didn't give gold access at first, no bath tub. They lies on their website, and they don't really care about the customer. Don't stay here, both the employee and the hotel is not trustable.

I stayed in this Hotel for long stay again, I was there almost 1 month but time passed so fast I regret I was not able to stay longer because long stay in this Hotel is a pleasure and I never get bored, because in Hotel every day are very interesting shows made in oryginal way. Very friendly staff will make Your stay super comfortable. Great location at Haitang Bay. I started to arrive at Hainan in 2018, I was i different locations like Sanya City, clear water bay but Haitang Bay in my opinion is best one, very nice sidewalk by sea, and beautiful new Park in front of Hotels. I saw and was in many Hotels there, but best one and I recommend is FAIRMONT. Especially it is because very polite staff, very tasty kitchen, very unique Hotel project, good and punctual housekeeping, and all of it is thanks to Management of this Hotel who in special way can care about loyal Accor members and regular guests, In right way Thay care about good condition of Hotel and area around giving all best of work and own heart. I recommend to everyone to say in this Hotel longer holidays

Each one of my family members enjoyed the trip as the hotel is well located near the sea. However, the noise from the AC could be improved as it was quite annoying. Also, some of the house cleaning staff did not deliver the five star service as some of them could forgot to refill the daily necessities such as the bottled water and toilet paper. Overall, it was a nice stay.
