Very comfortable and quiet stay ! the room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable , easy access to public transportation specially for those hot days but if you like to walk you can get to center in 20 minutes walk and there is an train station close too . Lots of restaurants and cafes around . I like one that was close by the hotel . Seville it's very hot and was so glad that i choose this hotel as help us to cool down in the mid day and leave after the sun is down. Everything was perfect the staff were so friendly and helpful . highly recommended .

The location was good and the staff was attentive, but... Our room was adapted for people with disabilities, so the layout was a bit strange. The bathroom had a strange smell. We had a window overlooking an internal alley where the sun didn't reach and there was no view whatsoever. There was also a door that, when opened, led to another door which, in turn, led to the next room. The adapted chair for disabled people inside the shower was poorly secured and almost hit my foot while I was showering. At 1 am, the fire alarm went off and no one was directing people to the exit. I was the one who opened the exit door and then everyone at the entrance followed me. We found out it was a "shower" that triggered the alarm. At least that's what the staff told us.

However, I'm really sorry to learn about the issues you faced during your stay. It's important to us that all our guests feel comfortable, and I regret that the layout of your room did not meet your expectations. I will make sure that your comments regarding the bathroom smell and the shower chair are addressed by our maintenance team. Regarding the fire alarm, it was indeed triggered by a shower, and the staff didn't direct the guests because it was a false alarm, and that was the message relayed for the guests' peace of mind. I was put in a room which had a connecting door to the adjoining room. I was disturbed by the people in the adjoining room trying the door. My room was not as soundproof because of the connecting door. As it was late when I arrived at the hotel, I decided to eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately, my fish was not cooked properly. I would have expected either a new piece of fish properly cooked or a reduction in the restaurant bill to reflect the inconvenience. Neither was offered.
