I am satisfied with my stay in this ibis budget hotel. Room was as described, minimalist, clean and chilled upon arrival. Breakfast was OK, maybe not as good like Ibis budget in Madrid but good. Bus station right in front to get to centar, also 10 minutes walk to science park and 15 minutes walk to bus station if you want to go to ALBUFERA.

Lift wasn't working until morning of our last stay. We were on the 4th floor!! Temperature was 40°. The room was clean as was the bathroom.

The location fitted my needs perfectly- good bus options (30 mins to old city), near to the marina (20 min walk) for a late night concert, excellent food options at the Mercat de Grau (5 minutes walk), reasonable value for money

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a ten minute walk from beach and marina and the bus stop is directly outside and only a 20 minute ride to the city centre. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby too.

Not clean, air condition not working well, room was so hot

Check-in was okay, but on the day of checkout, I called around 7:30 AM to request a late check-out. The receptionist told me straight up no, without any reason. We left our bags at the hotel, and the person who took them was quite nice. When we came back, I asked if the hotel was full, and the receptionist confirmed it was not full, so I do not understand why we were not allowed a late check-out. As a gold member and Accor shareholder, I find this very, very disappointing.

The experience was good over than there being no WiFi in the room which was frustrating as it was advertised as having fast WiFi.

I typically book an Ibis hotel when travelling where possible, and this, although budget, I was pleasantly surprised Great location; 20 minutes walk to the beach, 30 minutes walk to Ciudad Artes y Ciencias and bus stop right outside the hotel which was needed when wanting to go into the city centre Friendly and welcoming staff Room was decent, a lot nicer than other ibis budget hotels I've stayed at. I'm not typically fussed about an expensive/fancy hotel so it does the job Can't really complain for the price and location

People who work at the hotel, reception and other personnel are amazing, very helpful and outgoing. Hotel is very well located to walk to the beach, with some supermarkets nearby, a good gym within the walking distance, etc. Nonetheless, the room are a bit of an exaggeration. They are so tight, you can't even walk easily around the bed, and there is no space to unpack your belongings. If you have a suitcase, or two travellers with luggage, you are in trouble. I was by myself, and had a double bed (ufff!) so I could have unpacked my clothes onto 1/3 of the bed's width. I basically slept in the wardrobe in this way... :)

The guy at the front desk was amazing. So helpful, polite and friendly. The room was very small for two people. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was not turned on for the building. The nights were uncomfortable to sleep (we had warm weather during our stay). The breakfast was included. It was good.
