TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. APPLICABLE FRAMEWORK AND OFFER IDENTIFICATION
The present Terms & Conditions apply to the following commercial offers, as identified at the time of booking in the rate conditions displayed on ALL.com or the ALL Accor App:
“Summer Offer” for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa (Premium, Midscale and Economy brands, including Adagio) in Europe & North Africa (Premium, Midscale and Economy brands, including Adagio)
The general terms and conditions of service of ALL.com and, where applicable, the general terms and conditions of membership of the ALL Accor loyalty programme, apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
The offers described herein are is subject to availability. The specific terms and conditions of sale applicable to each participating hotel prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. “SUMMER OFFER” – PUBLIC ACCESS
During the Public Period, the offer is open to all customers, whether or not they are members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme.
The Public Period applies to participating hotels across multiple brands, as displayed in the rate conditions at the time of booking.
This offer applies in Europe & North Africa (Premium, Midscale & Economy brands, and Orient Express) - See list of participating hotels.
Booking period
Public Period reservations must be made from 18/05/2026 to 01/07/2026 inclusive.
Benefit description
Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:
Discounts may be combined with the ALL Accor Member Rate.
Stay period
For all hotels participating stays must take place from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026 inclusive.
Cancellation conditions
Reservations booked for the Summer Offer are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

3. PUBLIC PERIOD - COMMON APPLICABLE CONDITIONS
Booking channels
Reservations must be made directly via ALL.com, the ALL Accor App, the WeChat programme (for hotels in China), as well as through tour operators and third-party online travel agencies (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
Reward points and ALL Accor membership
Where applicable, customers must provide a valid ALL Accor membership number at the time of booking in order to be eligible for the allocation of Reward points for the stay.
If a reservation qualifies simultaneously for several offers, only the Reward points associated with the most advantageous offer (i.e. the offer granting the highest number of Reward points) will be credited.
Additional conditions
These offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or benefits (including ALL Accor+). If the stay meets the criteria of several offers, only the Reward Points from the most generous offer (i.e., the one allowing the highest number of Reward Points to be earned) will be credited.
