General Terms and Conditions of the Ennismore Offer – Q2 OFFER

  1. The ALL Accor general terms and conditions apply to the “Stay For More” offer in the following establishments: List of Participating Properties 
    To benefit from this offer, it is mandatory to be a member of the ALL Accor program.

 

  1. The offer is available for bookings made during the following periods & booked with the ‘Stay For More’ rate:

  1. Group 1: Participating hotels located in the Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific region, and participating All-Inclusive resorts in Europe and the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific region

  1. Booking period: 14 October 2026 to 11 December 2026

  1. Group 2: Participating hotels located in Europe and the Americas, including participating Hoxton and 21c properties worldwide 

  1. Booking period: 13 November 2026 to 1 December 2026

 

  1. The Offer is valid for stays completed during the following periods

  1. Group 1: Participating hotels located in the Middle East, Africa &  Asia Pacific region, and participating All-Inclusive resorts in Europe and the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific region

  1. Staying  period: 17 October 2026 to 19 April 2027

  1. Group 2: Participating hotels located in Europe and the Americas, including participating Hoxton and 21c properties worldwide

  1. Participating Hotels and Applicable Conditions

 

  1. Hotels located in the Middle East and Africa

For stays at participating hotels located in the Middle East and Africa:

  • Guests are eligible for a discount of 20% off the applicable public rate.

  • A minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights is required. 

  • Reservations are subject to flexible payment conditions.

  • Reservations may be modified or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable at the participating hotel.

  • Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may be eligible for an additional discount of up to 30%, subject to participating hotel conditions.

 

  1. Hotels located in Asia Pacific

For stays at participating hotels located in the Asia Pacific region:

  • Guests are eligible for a discount of 20% off the applicable public rate.

  • A minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights is required. 

  • Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

  • Reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable.

  • Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may be eligible for an additional discount of up to 30%, subject to participating hotel conditions.

 

  1. Participating All-Inclusive Resorts located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific

For stays at participating all-inclusive resorts:

  • Guests are eligible for a discount of 20% off eligible rates.

  • A minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights is required. 

  • Reservations are subject to flexible payment and cancellation conditions.

  • For participating hotels located in Egypt, specific booking, payment and cancellation conditions may apply.

  • Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may be eligible for an additional discount of up to 30%, subject to participating hotel conditions.

 

  1. Participating Hoxton Hotels and Participating Hotels Located in Europe

For stays at participating Hoxton hotels and participating hotels located in Europe:

  • Guests are eligible for a discount of 25% off the applicable public rate.

  • A minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights is required. 

  • Reservations are subject to flexible payment conditions.

  • Reservations may be modified or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable at the participating hotel.

  • Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may be eligible for an additional discount of up to 35%, subject to a minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights and participating hotel conditions.

 

  1. Participating 21c Hotels

For stays at participating 21c hotels:

  • Guests are eligible for a discount of 21% off the applicable public rate.

  • No minimum stay requirement applies. 

  • Reservations are subject to flexible payment and cancellation conditions.

  • Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may be eligible for an additional discount of up to 30%, subject to participating hotel conditions.

 

  1. Participating Hotels Located in Latin America, Including Participating AIC Hotels, and Participating Hotels in Miami

For stays at participating hotels located in Latin America, including participating AIC hotels, and participating hotels in Miami:

  • Guests are eligible for a discount of 20% off the applicable public rate.

  • A minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights is required. 

  • Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

  • Reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable.

  • Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may be eligible for an additional discount of up to 30%, subject to participating hotel conditions.

 

  1. To benefit from this offer, members of the ALL Accor loyalty program must register for the offer:

  • Registration period: 14 October 2026 to 11 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Central European Time – CET) for hotels of Group 1 (Middle East, Asia Pacific region, and participating All-Inclusive resorts in Europe and the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific region)

  • Registration period: from 13 November 2026 to 1 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Central European Time – CET) for hotels of Group 2 (Europe and the Americas, including participating Hoxton and 21c properties worldwide)

Registration is completed by clicking on the “Activate the offer” button and following the on‑screen instructions. 

Only bookings made after successful registration via the log‑on button are eligible for the allocation of bonus points.

 

  1. This offer is reserved for ALL Accor members, regardless of their loyalty status, and allows Reward points earned during an eligible stay in a participating ALL Accor loyalty program hotel to be multiplied by 3.

 

  1. Points are calculated based on the value of points credited by the hotel after an eligible stay, in accordance with the ALL Accor program general terms and conditions and Classic status.

At the end of the stay, points will be credited to the member’s account in two separate transactions:

  • First transaction: Points corresponding to the number of points the ALL Accor member would have received in the absence of registration for the offer.

  • Second transaction: Additional Reward points corresponding to the bonus obtained through the offer, in order to reach the total number of points multiplied by 3. 

 

  1. By way of example, an ALL Accor member who earned 250 Status points and 250 Reward points during an eligible stay will receive:

+500 Reward points for an offer multiplying points by x3

This offer may be used once per member during its validity period. 
Only the first stay booked and completed after successful registration for the offer is eligible for the crediting of Reward points.

 

  1. To be eligible for the offer, stays must be booked directly via Accor channels, including:

  • the official ALL Accor website,

  • the ALL Accor mobile apps,

  • the Accor call centre, 

  • or via a traditional travel agency booking system connected to the Accor booking office.

Bookings made through resellers, tour operators, or third‑party online travel agencies (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) are not eligible.

 

  1. Members must:

  • Provide their valid ALL Accor loyalty card number when making the reservation.

  • Present their card at hotel reception at check‑in.

 

  1. ALL Accor Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days after check‑out.

 

  1. This offer is subject to availability

 

  1. General ALL Accor terms and conditions apply to all services provided by each participating hotel.

 

  1. Accor, participating hotels and/or partners decline any liability for non‑performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that renders the offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome to operate.

In such circumstances:

  • Members will not be entitled to any compensation.

  • Benefits of the offer (including Reward points) will not be issued or credited.
