Terms and Conditions

Asia – Mastercard Breakfast on Us Offer

1. This offer (“Offer”) is jointly organised by Mastercard (“MC”) and AAPC Singapore Pte Ltd (“Accor”) and is only available for ALL Accor loyalty programme member (“ALL Members”) who are also Mastercard cardholders.

2. Guests who book the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on Us” rate will receive complimentary breakfast on the flexible rate when staying at any of the participating hotels in Asia (“Participating Hotels”) that take part in this Offer.

3. To be eligible for this Offer, ALL Members must activate the Offer by booking a stay at one of the Participating Hotels during the following period for the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on Us” rate to apply:
a. the booking must be made between 12:01am on Tuesday, 4th August 2026 (CEST / UTC+2) and 11:59pm on Wednesday 3rd February 2027 (CEST / UTC+2) (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”); and
b. the stay must be between Tuesday, 4th August 2026 and Wednesday 3rd February 2027 (“Stay Period”),
for the avoidance of doubt, guests whose bookings commence during the Stay Period and continue after the Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will not receive the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on Us” rate for that part of their booking which is not during the Stay Period.

4. To be eligible to participate in this Offer during Offer Period, participants must:
a. be both a Mastercard Holder and ALL Member;
b. activate the Offer on the dedicated offer page here on the ALL.com website during the Offer Period;
c. book this Offer directly via Accor through the official Accor websites - ALL.com, ALL app and direct at hotels. Stays booked through reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent will not be eligible for this Offer;
d. ALL Members can book and pay, either partially or fully, for the Offer with ALL Reward Points in accordance with the ALL Accor Terms and Conditions of Membership. This Offer is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash;
e. all reservations for the Offer shall be made with and guaranteed using a valid MASTERCARD credit or debit card and ALL Accor membership numbers should be provided when making the reservation; and
f. both the MASTERCARD credit or debit card and the ALL Accor membership must be presented at the hotel reception desk during check-in and payments must be made with the MASTERCARD credit or debit card.

5. This Offer may be redeemed more than once per ALL Member during the Offer Period.

6. For the purposes of this Offer, a stay is understood to be one (1) booking by an ALL Member for one or several rooms. For the avoidance of doubt, bookings that include more than one (1) room will be counted as a single stay.

7. All – Accor members are eligible to receive their Members’ Rate discount in addition to the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on Us” rate provided that the relevant participating hotels is eligible for such discount under the All-Accor Terms Conditions of Membership.

8. ALL Members will earn Status points and ALL Accor Reward Points in accordance with the ALL Accor Terms and Conditions of Membership.

9. This Offer is subject to availability. There is a limited allocation of rooms for sale with the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on us ” rate at Participating Hotels. This rate is also subject to black-out dates, including school holidays and availability. Where the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on us ” rate is available, it will be shown at the time of booking. At the time of booking, if the “Asia - Mastercard Breakfast on us ” rate is not available for the dates requested, another public rate will be suggested automatically on the rate screen. Accor shall not be liable for any claims arising from any unavailability of this Offer.


10. Bookings are refundable, can be changed or cancelled before arrival date according to the policy of the relevant Participating Hotel.


11. This Offer cannot be combined with other current points offers and does not apply to groups (with bookings of 8 rooms and more).


12. Prices are quoted in the local currency of the Participating Hotel (as stipulated at the time of booking) and are inclusive of all local taxes unless otherwise stipulated. Exchange rates are given for information purposes only and are non-binding.

13. Bookings rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charges which must be borne by the ALL Member.

14. General sales terms and conditions apply for reserved public rates specific to each Participating Hotel. For the avoidance of doubt, the list of Participating Hotels may be amended at any time during the Promotion Period by Accor at its absolute discretion.
15. Accor reserves the right to vary, terminate or otherwise amend this Offer without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by Accor, in respect to any matter relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.


16. To the extent permitted under applicable law, MC and Accor will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any ALL Accor Member may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that result in an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this Offer.


17. Accor, Participating Hotels and/or partners of this Offer accept no liability for non-performance or unavailability of this Offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor, Participating Hotels and/or partners of this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome. ALL Members will not be entitled to any compensation and the benefits of the Offer (particularly ALL Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the Offer cannot be implemented in these circumstances.


18. By participating in this Offer, each Member agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Offer, Accor’s conditions of use of website, Accor’s Privacy Policy, and the ALL Accor programme terms and conditions (collectively, “Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the ALL Member being disqualified at any stage of this Offer, and the Offer may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed. All decisions made by Accor, in respect to any matter relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.


19. By participating in the Offer, each Member consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing by Accor of any and all personal data that they submit, for the purposes indicated in Accor’s privacy policy and for administering this Offer.


20. These Terms and Conditions for the Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.


21. Please specify the reference 021336 in all your communications with call centres or customers care services related to this Offer.
