From arrival to departure we can’t fault the hotel, the first thing that hit me when entering the hotel was the smell, it was so fresh, then the young gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay! He is a credit to your hotel

The hotel was lovely and really clean. We received a free upgrade to a deluxe room which included free soft drinks each day which was a nice touch. The hotel shop is really quite expensive however there is a small convenience store about a 10 mins walk over the bridge. The hotel is a bit out from town...between 10/15 euros in a taxi or you can catch the metro which is about a 5 mins walk away. The breakfast buffet had a good selection however was really expensive for what is was & wouldn't recommend as you don't get your money worth. Overall the hotel was really nice & the stay were friendly and helpful.
