During our nearly two-week trip around Europe, this hotel stood out among all the Accor properties for having the most professional and genuinely warm staff. Thanks to their attentive service, we were able to relax and recover from the fatigue of a long journey. The breakfast restaurant and bar are both beautiful, and the location is excellent as well.

I checked in late and was given an upgraded room right away, walking into this beautiful building you get the true feeling of Venice and Italian hospitality. Give this place a gym and swimming pool and it is definitely a 5 star. Pros: - Big thanks to Lara who was super friendly and welcoming at arrival, I felt right away like the hotel knows what they are doing. Next day comes ANNA, this woman understands customer service and genuinely went out of her way to sort some minor issues on my arrival and upgraded my room further to a fantastic room with beautiful balcony. If it wasn't for all the staff 's nice behaviour, this would go south - Great location, beautiful rooms, very well done interiors with a lot of thoughtful details. - Extremely professional and friendly staff, like a lot they can teach to M gallery staff globally. - The bar and restaurant area are quite nice and very cozy - Room was spacious, everything was super clean, beds were comfortable. - Welcome present was the most adorable looking cookie box from Venice. - TURN DOWN service, I mean real appreciation here for that. Sweet box of chocolate and water bottle and bed made up - All cocktails for welcome drinks which is a norm across M gallery is always welcomes, specially the staff at bar was super nice and made amazing drinks. Cons: -Minor cosmetic repairs where needed in some rooms could help a lot, and more bottles of drinking water in room. - Better pillow options, and toilet paper would have been amazing. All in all choose without a doubt their team is quite ready to welcome you, they know tourist and know how to take care of you. Choose without a doubt and I am sure you won't regret.
