Booked with Accor hoping to skip the typical Venice low quality/high price service, but unfortunately the impression is that also Accor goes for this. Old room, 45 minutes to be served 2 focaccias (which was more like dried up bread, one with wrong filling), clogged sink from which vomited spaghetti resurfaced, cleaning personnel entering the room without knocking. Dear Accor, you may make a few ore bucks, but you are losing your reputation. Consider if it is worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Venezia for family trip. Convenient to reach by car, comfortable beds, games for kids, helpful staff, store nearby, and 15min to Venice by car. Special highlight was the breakfast - it was wonderful! Highly recommended place.
