Average hotel. Room was OK. Comfortable bed. However bathroom was looking old. Breakfast was poor no vegetables also cleaning dirty plates was not happening. But you had good variety of gluten free bread and cereals.

Had a great stay here. Stayed in interconnected rooms with children so really appreciate that this could be arranged. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly, lots of nice breakfast options. Would definitely return if in the area

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel, clean rooms, excellent selection at breakfast, lovely staff and the comfiest bed I’ve slept in in a long time! Really thankful to the hotel for arranging interconnecting rooms for our family which made life much easier. Downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the bus stop to get into Venice, which wasn’t so bad on the way there, but exhausting after a day walking around the city, but can’t be helped! Recommend the breakfast focaccia!

Felt dirty and worn. Worst Novotel I’ve stayed at by some way.

The places just felt dirty. Waiting staff seemed a little bit disinterested in their job. Room was uncomfortably warm, meaning we had very bad sleep and effectively ruined our one day in Venice.

I have stayed at this property many times, at least 5 times before and as a Travel Agent, I have booked many, many guests over the last 20 years. I must say that on the last two visits, I was disappointed to see that the hotel cleanliness was not good. I sat on the lounge in my room and got a rash. The lift was very dirty and the quality of food at breakfast was shocking. I did not eat. Overall, my experience was not good. I was also surprised that there was no effort to upgrade my room as a valued travel agent. Not of high importance but I felt would have been nice considering the amount of bookings I put through Expedia to your hotel. Either way, I would definitely consider another option in future.
