When comparing the room amenities with those I have experienced at other Novotel hotels in Asia in previous years, I was surprised that glassware was not provided for drinking water, tea, or coffee. Additionally, there was no information provided near the telephone indicating which numbers should be used to contact Reception, Housekeeping, or Room Service. I also found the internet speed to be quite slow. I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the overall guest experience.

Room was smelly, luckily the window opened. Staff on reception were very helpful, restaurant waiters a bit odd. Only there for one night. Grandson was really disappointed as pool was closed but there were no signs saying that.

The hotel is commendable. Helpful and friendly staff, cleaning at a high level, varied and delicious breakfast, the pool is an excellent oasis for relaxation after long walks, a corner for children to have fun while you enjoy a pizza at the bar. An excellent base for visiting Venice, Verona, Padua, Treviso and the surrounding beaches. The reception staff will always kindly give you the best advice for transportation and organization of your tours. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Airport, and to Venice Center. The room is spacious enough for us 2 kids and 2 adults. There is nothing around the area. Parking is available.

This hotel does not meet the Novotel standard , Bed not clean we feel ne urinal in our cover bed , I did a complaint about it with pictures , not well located , breakfast average , etc

We have serious concerns about the ozone machine placed in our room, 811on 26.08.2026. . Told by the receptionist that it was safe to be in the room, however further research indicates that the room should be aired for 4 hours before anyone is allowed in the room. We were in there for two hours before going out. Ozone is a TOXIC GAS!! as such I am requesting urgent feedback from the hotel manager regarding this issue.

As Guest Relations Manager, I would like to immediately reassure you of the complete safety of your stay and provide you with all the necessary clarifications regarding the ozone generator treatment performed before your arrival. We fully understand your concerns; ozone is a powerful sanitizing and oxidizing agent and should not be inhaled in high concentrations. For this very reason, the safety of our guests is managed according to strict protocols. Our ozone generators operate on timed cycles in completely empty rooms. Once discharged, the ozone spontaneously and rapidly reconverts into pure oxygen. For rooms the size of our rooms, standard decay and ventilation times ensure complete elimination of the gas well before guests enter. We can confirm that by the time you entered room 811, the treatment had already largely concluded, the gas had completely decayed, and the room was 100% safe for your stay. In the future, we recommend that you address your concerns during your stay to ensure a prompt response, not through reviews (which are self-serving). I think hotel needs to be updated little bit, but for 2 nights it was ok. It was the oldest Novotel I even been to. But the stuff is very helpful. Close to highway, there is free parking in front of hotel. 2-3min drive to shopping mall parking and train station for Venice. Breakfast was basic but not bad. crowded breakfast area. There is outside pool, you can get pool towels.

We have stayed for two nights with the family in the middle August and enjoyed it overall. There was great connectivity to Venice city centre with the bus and boat package booked in the hotel. The kids have enjoyed the pool every day. We could park our car conveniently in the hotel car park and it even had EV chargers, however at a very high price. The room was ok sized for the 4 of us for the short stay. The bathroom was spacious however lacked areas to put things down or sufficient hooks for 4 towels. We slept very well, beds comfy and air conditioning working. We had breakfast both mornings which was a very lively affair. The staff seemed to be a little bit overwhelmed by the numbers of customers arriving between 9 and 9.30. There was a wait to get seated and queues in front of the coffee machines. Some breakfast items had run out and took long to be replenished. The offering was broad, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt, croissants of different kinds, cakes, pancakes and a few savoury items as well. After our exhausting day trip to Venice we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was better than expected and we were able to redeem our ALL welcome drinks in the restaurant, which was appreciated. The staff at reception were very friendly whenever we needed them during our stay. Overall, could it have been better? Yes, make small improvements to bathrooms and breakfast. Would I stay again? Yes!

Location was not that great, 15 minute walk to a bus stop, hotel in middle of nowhere surrounded by highways. Never used the pool as it opens too late and closes too early if you want to go to Venice for the day. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and look at lower end of Novotel brand.
