This hotel offerred reasonable paid parking and just 5 mins walk to a bus stop with direct ride to Venezia Plz de Roma where the Waterbus is available to go to San Marco. Hotel itself is OK with a good breakfast to start your busy day.

The airconditioning in the room was not working and when opening the window it was very loud from the road. Had to wait 40-50 min. for the food in the restaurant. The pasta my girlfriend and me eating was not still almost hard and not well cooked, also the taste of the sauce/chees was really disgusting and the portion very small and that for EUR 37 for the food. Opening of the restaurant at 19.30 is very late. When I was asking for a bottle of water on the day after check-in, it was refused. To treat customers like that is not acceptable. No manager on duty in the evening!

staff and service at the highest level! but when it comes to breakfasts they are simply awful! I understand that breakfast in Italy is eaten sweet, but the hotel lives mainly off tourists and here is a big disappointment 😞 2 types of cold cuts (salami and ham) 1 type of yellow cheese. no regional food (apart from crossaint) no olives, cheeses, not to mention some pizza, powdered coffee, powdered milk in Italy which is famous for its delicious coffee! meat, or other regional specialties. to sum up, it is better to go to the bakery, buy a crossaint and order coffee in the hotel restaurant. I have stayed in many hotels of the Accor group and I have not seen such breakfasts anywhere! best regards

I’d like to share some details about our breakfast buffet, which includes a variety of sweet and savory options. We offer three types of cold cuts (salami, cooked ham, and turkey), three types of cheese (mozzarella, edam, and ricotta), as well as focaccia or pizza in rotation. Additionally, we serve scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, and crispy bacon, along with salad, tomatoes, and (in season) cucumbers. Fresh whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, and soy milk are also available. On the sweet side, we offer five types of croissants, cakes, pies, pancakes, and three varieties of cookies. The buffet also includes four types of cereals, a selection of breads, plain and fruit yogurt, fresh, dried, and canned fruits, various seeds, and spreads like jams, honey, maple syrup, peanut butter, and, of course, Nutella.
