Although the staff was kind and ready to assist, it could not compensate for the initial shock of the unacceptable hygiene standards and the filthy, urine-stained toilet.

A good stay overall and the hotel is a little bit tired. Location is ok and not close to the centre and about 30min away on foot and by bus. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and the kids didn’t quite sleep for the 2 nights that we were there.

Nice, clean rooms and very attentive, friendly staff - especially Giacomo and Johnny from the restaurant and bar. Smooth check-in and check-out, with receptionists always ready to help. I would love to come back one day!

It was ok stay hotel is good like a standard hotel. Kids get a toy. They give only 2 water bottles for entire stay no facility of a shuttle bus.
