Dear Maria L., Thank you for sharing your experience. Our hotel welcomes both tour groups and individual guests daily, guaranteeing the same service to all. Breakfast is available every morning from the early hours and is accessible to all guests. Regarding transportation to Venice, we would like to point out that the public transportation stop is located approximately 300 meters from the hotel, a short walk away along a well-lit main road. Alternatively, we also offer a private shuttle service that conveniently connects the hotel to Venice, arriving directly in the San Marco area.
