No glass, no creamer, no milk, no sugar, had to request to get some basics. Poor customer service. Not expected of Novotel. Rooms were dated and smelled cigarettes. That's why cancelled Novotel and booked Holiday inn Milan.for the next leg.

Overall the stay was ok but no vegan hot meals provided. Also the hotel does not have steam and sauna. Air conditioning not working

The Room TV was broken. I've discover it late in the night so the technical personnel operated to fix and replace .. but it was to late for me in the night. NET NET - (a) well assisted by receptionists and the technician but (b) the TV is old, small, not adequate to the hotel level.
