Unfortunately we didn't have a nice experience in your hotel. The room was shabby and smelling bad. Many items in the room are already too much used and should be replaced (holes in the curtains, holes in the blanket). One of bed linen was dirty. The shower / bath was obstructed and we had to ask to clean the drain. Basically the room was dirty. There was dust all over the place. Window hasn't been cleaned probably for years so we couldn't let more light. Just disgusting.

Elevator taking ages... Blankets have holes. Plastic fit in bathroom tab. low quality breakfast. Over OVER priced for the value. Distant from the bus/train station.

There are three elevators available to guests, but they may be slowed down if certain rules of use are not respected, such as the maximum capacity limit or simultaneous activation from multiple floors. We take the report regarding the blankets and the presence of plastic in the bathroom very seriously: we have already informed the Housekeeping department so that they can carry out the necessary checks. As for breakfast, we offer a very varied buffet with a wide choice of sweet and savory products, but we are sorry that it did not meet your tastes. We stay one night with family to visit Venice but it was pleasant stay, nice staff, delicious breakfast and professional service with the guidelines to explore Venice , car park available and close to bus stop :)
