The staff was extremely helpful and gave us all the needed information and support! Reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff - awesome job! They remembered our names and preferences! For a 3 nights stay, that was completely unexpected! We were there as a family of 4 - location was great and the room too. Easy access to Venezia with the bus, as described in many other comments. I would definitely recommend!

We recently stayed here for two nights, having booked a room with breakfast included. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was far below expectations on both mornings. The hotel seemed significantly understaffed, and as a result, the setup was poorly organized. Much of the food was cold, many items ran out, and I didn’t even get a chance to have coffee, as the machine was empty and remained unfilled.

Rooms were clean, staff very happy to help. My one concern was the rock hard bed, but I need to say that I slept so well. Great location if you’re visiting Venice! It is a short drive / taxi from the railway station where you can get the 10 minute train to Venice.

Nice hotel, well located. The bathroom did not have a full door, which led to soggy bathroom. But, apart from this a great stay
