Warm and welcoming staff. The only disappointment was that my reservation included “free in-room mineral water” but I was only given on day 1. When I asked for it the next day, the staff said they only give it on the first day. I showed the details of my reservation and she told me it meant that the water from the tap is potable. What a very wide interpretation of “free in-room mineral water”!!! I hope you don’t fool customers this way. It always pays to be honest.
