My stay at Mercure Venezia Marghera was absolutely flawless. The room was impeccable, clean, and well-appointed, but what truly set this hotel apart was the human touch. We arrived late on Thursday, March 12th, around midnight, exhausted from our journey. We were welcomed by Tomaso (or perhaps Nicolo), who greeted us with an incredible and positive attitude. Despite the hour, he made everything feel easy and efficient, getting us to our room quickly so we could rest. His professionalism combined with such a warm personality was exactly what we needed. Throughout our stay, we crossed paths with both Tomaso and Nicolo several times at the front desk. They were consistently attentive, providing the best local advice with genuine kindness. It is clear that this isn't just a great hotel chain; they have an extraordinary team that makes you feel valued. The location is also a major plus for visiting Venice, as there is a bus stop right behind the hotel that takes you there in just a few minutes. I will certainly be recommending this hotel to everyone. Huge thanks to the staff for making our trip so special!
