We had a superb time at the hôtel. Very Nice welcome with all clear and useful information given to us. Room is very confortable and well equiped. Breakfast quality was perfect (we took the Light option which is perfect). We were sick on the last Day and the lovely team allowed us to stay an extra hour. Thank you for taking such a great care of us

Just a couple of minutes walk from Piazzale Roma, making it super convenient for all major transport options. Lovely restaurants in the area. Still in Old Venice but away from the super busy main areas, so lovely and quiet at night. Great service and beautiful rooms, breakfast was fabulous and the cocktail bar area was great. Would definitely stay here again when next in Venice.

Well positioned hotel when arriving by car or taxi- minimal distance to take luggage, yet on the canal with a lovely balcony. Rooms nicely decorated and good shower. Nat staff attentive and good. We were on the top floor which was lovely around Christmas and the decorations around the hotel were great. Bar staff were slow and inattentive and the reception staff appeared quite snooty
