The staff were all welcoming and kind. The hotel is lovely. The only issues we encountered was the bed in our room was quite uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved, and the breakfast options were not explained well so we thought we were purchasing the light breakfast but ultimately paid for the full breakfast buffet, even though we didn’t utilize it. Minor issues overall and an otherwise great stay.

We were overall very happy with this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as we were just there for one day and had many logistics to coordinate. They lined everything up for us and it was perfect!

Incredibly romantic hotel with top notch service from everyone we encountered. Would like to recognize Marco specifically for going above and beyond for us on our honeymoon. He made excellent recommendations and accommodations for us. We had an amazing time. There were some small maintenance issues we encountered with our room but nothing to compromise our overall experience. Would absolutely come back to this hotel and recommend to anyone visiting Venice.
