We had an amazing stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed to relax after a long day. The location was perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to key attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Ivan, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable with his kindness and professionalism. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

On 17 March 2026, the hotel experienced a scheduled power outage from approximately 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, resulting in no electricity, water disruption, no elevators, no Wi-Fi, and limited services. This caused significant inconvenience during my stay. While I understand maintenance can occur, I was not given any prior notice before arrival. Had I been informed, I would have adjusted my plans or booking accordingly. Given the impact on my stay, I would appreciate a goodwill gesture, such as ALL points compensation

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback. According to our records, you stayed with us from March 15th to March 17th. Please note that all guests, including yourself, were informed about the scheduled power outage upon arrival, giving you the opportunity to make alternative arrangements if you had wished to do so. We would also like to clarify that this interruption was due to works carried out by the municipality and was therefore beyond our control. Nevertheless, our team took all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience. The power supply was restored earlier than expected, at approximately 11:30 AM, and we ensured that two bottles of water were available in all rooms. In addition, breakfast service was carried out regularly. We sincerely regret any discomfort caused but, since the outage only affected the day of your departure, we truly hope that you were still able to enjoy a pleasant stay overall. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was well decorated and comfortable. The food was delicious. Only criticism is to make the room temp controls more user friendly.
