A nice hotel perfectly located close to the train and bus station and a half hour walk to the centre of Venice. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice canal view (if choosen).

Superb location Good clean rooms Excellent breakfast Helpfull and polite staff The only hiccup was that i was not able to use my accor points to offset restaurant bill which is against accor policies
