This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was Cosy, but very comfortable! It has a luxurious feel to the whole hotel and all the staff are very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed drinks in the bar each evening and appreciated the attentive and friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Our stay was in December and our room was rather warm but we just opened the window to get some fresh air. The maid came in twice a day, with the nighttime turndown service which was lovely. There isn't anything I can fault with this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic do definitely choose the breakfast option when you book! Its a great location, as its only one bridge away from the bus station so really easy to find and to get to when you arrive 😀

I have appreciated the great hospitality of all the staff and the upgraded room I have benefited. The hotel is close to museums, boutiques, and restaurants. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were very attentive. I'll be there for my next trip to Venice.
