Walkable distance from Venice Train station! Comfortable stay with luxurious rooms. Good amenities in the rooms and the Hotel. The breakfast spread and quality is amazing!

Nice hotel with helpful and polite staff. Really close to the bus/train station and conveniently located for venturing out around Venice. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast room staff did a great job hosting. My only issue was that the shower had mould on the ceiling, and the bird droppings made the balcony unusable and wasnt cleaned by the cleaners.

The foyer, restaurant and the room was astonishing. Marked as a 4 star, but should definitely be marked as a 5 star. The view was impeccable, the bed was comfy, the room was well appointed, the staff were professional and kind. The aircon in the room could be improved - not user friendly and turned itself off frequently (assuming when getting to the temperature set, though, you would think the aircon would stay running). The hot water took quite a while to come through (had to wait a few minutes). As a staff member of Accor and a platinum Accor member, I assumed I wouldn't be charged a deposit, though was charged 200 Euro. We consumed food and drinks whilst there, which went over the deposit, so they charged more for a deposit without advising. On check out, due to the multiple deposits, it was quite confusing to work out all the charges and refunds. Would recommend staying here and would stay again.
