Having stayed several times before and never had any issues, I was very disappointed on this occasion. The room was freezing, the heating did not work, it just blew out cold air. I went to reception and she said she would get maintenance to look at it the following day (basically after I left) she gave me a very small electric radiator, which was very inadequate as it did not warm the room at all. I think when something like this happens you need a heater that blows out hot air so that it can circulate in the room. Also the shower basin floor was broken which potentially could injure someone, and the seal around the shower door had a leak so the floor outside got very wet.
