Only 1 check-in counter was open on arrival. Although I had checked in online and my own check-in only took 2 minutes, we had to wait too long for some customers taking a lot of time. The queue was very long. That is the second time I have this experience at this hotel. Staff was otherwise friendly.

We called the hotel several times from the airport, but no one answered the phone. We wanted to ask about the shuttle service, but in the end we went on foot. When we told this to the reception staff, they said that priority is given to guests who are physically at the hotel rather than phone calls. This was a strange response. At reception, we asked for slippers, but they told us that slippers are only for privileged rooms. The bathroom was dirty, and the service in the restaurant was very slow. We asked several times for certain items, which were never brought. We had reservations for three rooms with double occupancy (two people per room), and we requested that one of the rooms have twin beds, but we were told that this would require an extra payment
