This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel but it’s definitely the last. The room smell and cleanliness was terrible.

Unfortunately my stay was quite uncomfortable. The bed was extremely narrow (around 90 cm wide) and did not feel suitable for an adult which made sleeping difficult. The room itself was very small as the bed was only about 70 cm away from the bathroom wall and the space felt claustrophobic almost like being in a cell. The window was screwed shut, so there was no way to open it for fresh air or proper ventilation. The furniture and bathroom were generally outdated which added to the overall sense of discomfort. The bathroom was missing basic hotel amenities. Aside from two rolls of toilet paper there were no toiletries provided no shampoo or even hand soap. The shower was particularly unpleasant it seemed that the showerhead design did not suit the water pressure and the tiny holes caused the water to feel painfully sharp on the skin. There were also black mould-like spots visible in and around the shower area. Overall the room and bathroom felt old and poorly maintained I felt very disappointed how this is a 4 stars hotel is beyond me. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff as they were genuinely kind and helpful.
