Have stayed here 3 times in last 5 years. Rooms are comfortable but lacking attention to detail. Coffee machines are a waste of time, far too complicated and not maintained well. No milk for tea. Contacted reception on arrival requesting some black tea, despite promising to deliver us some. It never arrived! Had to request supplies from cleaning staff. Please supply milk for tea ( not coffee creamer). The coffee machine at restaurant breakfast was also far too complicated with long queues. Gave up trying to get hot drinks at breakfast. Choice and quality of food available was good. Attended New Year’s Eve event at Tuttu restaurant. The meal was excellent and staff were friendly and attentive. The midnight event was underwhelming and poorly managed. Nibbles not available not available until 11.45pm. There was no count down to new year. Guests outside for fireworks whilst staff inside celebrating. Had to ask for advertised ‘bubbles’ at 00.20 which were only then supplied to a few of the remaining guests. Outside area was dangerous due to the snow, but no attempt was made to clear it other than heaters. This could have been a fantastic event but lacked attention to detail

The hotel was clean and modern, the breakfast choice was great, the staff on a whole were ok, a there was a rude waitress that rolled her eyes when we advised the coffee machine was working, the drinks at the bar were expensive and the barman wasn’t really able to pull a pint of lager the glass was half full of froth. We did however enjoy are time in Budapest and only a few small niggles with the staff.

i am a travel agent and booked 3 rooms. Everything was great. Just a few issues which may make things run smoother - The coffee/tea facilities at breakfast was self service. There was long delays as not all visitors know how to use the coffee machines. Also, check out was too slow, could be better organised. We had 2 bottles of water in our room on the first day but didnt get any more which is disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Other that the minor issues, I could fully recommend this hotel.
