Service staff are responsive and helpful, hotel rooms and hotel areas are well decorated, bright and and clean creating a pleasant atmosphere for tourists. Breakfast area has a good selection every day.

Well, not sure what to say. The hotel itself is nice and well maintained, we had a standard room which was surprisingly small for a 5* Hotel but fine for a one night stay. The Bar is nice and Breakfast really good with lot's of options and really good quality. So far, so good. What is lacking is hospitality, friendliness and atmosphere. With all respect, the place feels like it's run by interns. From having to wait 45 minutes to check in (in all fairness, a group checked in which can take time) to just wrong information about breakfast times or simple questions like recommendations for a nice bar nearby, there was one pattern. Rude... Really rude attitude from basically everyone which is sad. No acknowledgment of the wait time, no excuse for wrong information and not even ONE person actually smiled. Really sad.
