The experience was not close to what we would expect from a 5* boutique hotel that offered calm and serenity. It was a pleasant stay but fell short of our expectations. We had planned to enjoy certain experiences beforehand, which were not initially fulfilled. Then the staff seemed a little unaware of what was requested. The staff were polite.

This hotel has all the amenities of a large resort but a cozy and more boutique feel. The rooms are stunning, very elegant and modern. And the restaurant is outstanding. Great location.
