We paid for the executive floors hoping to get a better experience. However the services were horrendous. 1. We rented a cabana by the pool and were approached by your staff several times to take away the pool ring but other random customers got to keep their rings on their sunbeds even though no one were there. 2. On the first morning we placed the make up room sign outside our room at 11.30am as per instructed. No one came to clean our room though only clean towels were left outside the door. We called at 7pm to ask for cleaning but were ignored. We had to call again at 10pm after we came back from dinner, and spent an hour sitting elsewhere waiting for the room to be cleaned. Of course we were not compensated on the mistake and lost hour. 3. The next morning at 11.15am a staff opened our door with her own keys without ringing the bell to remind us that we had to leave despite we already requested paid, late check out on the day of arrival. I was half naked brushing my teeth at that time. I am afraid we won’t come to this hotel ever again.
