The reception was as always friendly, warm and professional. We also appreciated the help we got finding our golf bags the delivery of them having been messed up by the delivery company.

The Mercure Hotel is a hotel of very good service. It is located near Monorail Station but not to the city centre of Naha. Rooms are relatively bigger than traditional Japanese hotels. Enjoying a night's sleep is certainly good enough. Its breakfast provided is also not bad.

Like the ambience of the room. It's clean and cozy. Only issue is we could not get the extra pillows we requested.

During my stay, I had a lot of problems with the Accor ALL loyalty program (they locked my account without telling me and was not able to provide a solution to solve the situation quickly. I had to call them more than 5 times but it was too late because I had to check out. I wasted more than 5 hours in total just to call the global helpdesk). However, the Hotal front desk staffs were very helpful, especially Arakawa San and Aso San, They helped to contact the global helpdesk and provided me steps to unlock my account. If it was not for them, my stay would not be so pleasent. Thank you so much to the Hotel front desk staffs.

The stay was quite comfortable and has very good access to mono rail as well Naha bus terminal. The breakfast spread could be improved.

As a gold member, I was bitterly disappointed by this particular branch of mercure hotel. Upgrade was not available, room was terribly small, terrible toiletry items instead the usual high standard Japanese ones found commonly everywhere in Japan. New year day started with a very noisy performance outside the hotel at around 7 or 8 am for God's sake! Welcome drink was two mini cans of soft drinks (as we needed to drive off to other destinations). Once check out, our free wifi was immediately cut off. I need to mention Miss Linda Garcia was polite but gives a sense of aloofness, she was not helpful at all, I felt my new year kicked off very badly at your hotel, I won't be in a hurry to come back to stay again. Given that other local hotels that I've stayed such as Almont hotel and Richmond hotel, both managed to deliver, and staffs went above and beyond. I feel that Accor really lost the plot and didn't understand about how to run hotels in Japan. I thought my gold membership would afford me some extra privileges, but no, Linda was happy to inform me none of that was available to members like myself. I could go on, but there's no point. Never been this disappointed and angry.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the size of the room, which as a result made you feel cramped. We truly are striving to offer our valuable guests the best services possible; therefore, your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are acting appropriately to address the aforementioned problems within our team and prevent future occurrence and to make better communication with our guests, especially towards our valued ALL Members and their related benefits. I apologize once again about the Eisa Traditional Dance performance that took place on January 1 to celebrate New Year’s Eve. It is a traditional event that is set every year at Mercure Okinawa Naha, and I regret that it has greatly disturbed your sleep and without a debt made you feel restless for the rest of the day. Train station is located at hotel doorstep. Rooms may be small but service is good. Needed to leave for airport at around 6.40 am in the morning. Restaurant staff opened it earlier for our sake.
