Being familiar with Mercure Hotel, staying there during visits to Narita for many years, I chose this hotel. The location proved to be very convenient as the monorail from and to the airport has a stop at this hotel and it’s just a a few meters away. There is a car rental desk inside the hotel and there’s also a parking garage for private vehicles for approx $10/day with in and out privileges. Just make sure you ask which garage as there are 2 of them (one for the rental car). The front desk personnel are pleasant and helpful. If you sign up for Accor membership or a member of the Accor Hotels you get free coffee (and tea?) from the lobby during certain hours of the day plus a take out breakfast of banana and pastry on day of departure. I gave 9 stars because the room is quite small, a Japanese standard, and you have to be creative to have 2 suitcases open at the same time. Plus no hot water pot/coffee/tea in the room. But it’s a beautiful, clean new hotel which I still recommend.

The only thing is : I speak very little japanese, but some of your counters speak very little english ^__^

I stayed Mercury Okinawa first time. I chose this hotel because customer review of other near by hotels show slow internet whereas this hotel had good comments. However, hotel WiFi didn’t work after 10pm and I used 4G on my phone. It recovered in the morning. I regret my experience since it was my primary reason of selections Mercure Okinawa. The location is convenient. Clean room and staff has nice smile.

Clean and very sweet, and the breakfast is great, only the car parking fee too high~

It was at a very good location near monorail and only few stops from airport. But not near shopping area. Plus points for being thoughtful, giving guest free takeaway snacks/buns & bottled drinks for quick breakfast..All good except mattress & pillows too soft, but appreciate staff provide harder pillows when requested.

The service is very good. Rooms are small but modern and clean. Breakfast has a good variety. The only downside is that every now and again there is bad smell coming from the bathroom, and that part was not pleasant.

It was a good choice to stay at Mercure Okinawa Naha as it is near to the monorail station, airport, and convenience store. The room was small but was equipped with all the things that we need. The hotel also provides an option for takeaway breakfast which is an extraordinary service that I have never seen before. Just minor feedback, it would be great if the Mercure hotel in Japan can consider providing shampoo/body shampoo made in Japan instead.

Mercure didnt manage customer experience very well even before I stay in their hotel. They sent a message to me to ask for hotel relocation when I had already started my trip! While I am on holiday in need to be constantly checking my mails if the arrangements had been confirmed and subsequently it was a an false alarm. It's really a bad experience.
