1. Good location. 2. Friendly staff, complete surrounding amenities. 3. Room cleanliness is acceptable, facilities are not new but acceptable. 4. Shower water pressure is acceptable but slightly insufficient. 5. Breakfast is not very appealing.

Location is convenient, staff very accommodating and best of all the rooms are larger than normal. Plus bonus of member's lounge where you could chill out with drinks and snacks.

This is the perfect Hotel if you're spending time at the Budokan or Onoyama park. It's quiet and service is outstanding. I was traveling alone. Rooms are cramped if you're not accustomed to Japanese hotels, but enough space to sit at a desk and work, and bathroom is large and complete. Presuming they have larger rooms for families or couples. Windows let in plenty of natural light. The whole building is non-smoking and everything is up to date, clean and classy. Staff speaks English. Breakfast downstairs is excellent. Wifi great, in-room hot pot, tea setup and mini-refrigerator is great. No microwave. Downstairs washer/dryer. 7-11 next door with ATM. Cab ride to downtown Naha is around $7. Too far (for me) to walk to downtown Naha but the hotel is steps away from the monorail that can take you into town or anywhere, including the airport. Rental car station in the lobby. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back again!
