We stayed for two nights at Mercure Naha and were very satisfied. Check-in was very easy and the service was very friendly. They even prepared a special snack gift for us. Very touching. The hotel is located in front of the YuRail station, which is directly connected to the airport. Only 180 meters away. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended for guests. Thank you, Mercure Naha.

The room was great and as it was close to a combini store and monorail station getting from and to there was not difficult. Also if you walk to Naha bus station there are a lot of food spots you can go to. Also if you need to go to Don Quijote it is only a few minutes walk down. Would definitely book again if we come back to Okinawa. The first impression was marred by visible signs of mould on the air conditioning vents in the lobby. Given how hot and humid Okinawa is, seeing mould in a main public area is a concerning sign regarding the hotel's maintenance and air quality, if this can be addressed this would drastically improve air quality all over.

The location is practically perfect - right next to monorail station and just few stops from the airport. The very city centre is 1-2 monorail stops further - you likely will wish to go there for food places and/or nightlife (the hotel area is very calm), but this is very short trip (and/or walkable), and the hotel has benefits of being located on riverside providing some nice views. Regarding comfort would rate it to be on upper end for Mercure chain hotels, spacious room (especially for Japanese standards), very friendly reception, good price/value ratio. Highly recommended and gladly will consider staying there again.

The hotel location is perfect which just <100 steps to Yul Rail station. The breakfast setup is good which hv variety of food. Only the communication is bit challenging that only very basic English. The staff didn’t know about “welcome drink “, this was quite disappointing.
