A convenient hotel which provides all necessary amenity and service in general. The shampoo/body soap/conditioner in neroli aroma gave us good experience.

Our first night at Room 1310 the air conditioner was noisy! Room 1115 was not clean, we found a used mask under the sofa bed on July 9th.

The hotel is near the airport and there is a direct train service right to the hotel, just less than 5 mins after you leave the station, not that many restaurants round the corner but just two stops away you reach an area with lots of good food 1) hotel staff were very nice and helpful 2) the housekeeping did a fantastic job, in every hotel they are vastly under appreciated, the housekeeping staff are elderly people with amazing fortitude other job and did an excellent job cleaning 3) appreciate being given a room with a nice view 4) hotel has a very neat and tidy outlook The cons 1) during peak season lots of tourists from China and Taiwan are here and unfortunately they are very noisy 2) my points for a 5 night stay have not been credited All in I would definitely stay here again without hesitation
