I enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is excellent. Right on the main street by the bus stop, and 5 min walk to the subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly yet professional. Excellent value for money. I definitely recommend.

Good location but room just too small for us. Had to sidle around end of bed and no where to put luggage. Breakfast was on plastic plates and hot drinks in plastic cups.

The counter staff is just ok and the room was dusty and my nose allergic with it.

I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by the inadequate cleaning of your room, especially since it led to allergy symptoms due to dust. I deeply regret this situation. We should have provided an environment that allows you to enjoy your stay comfortably, and I once again apologize for this outcome. We are taking your comments seriously and are urgently working on reviewing our cleaning procedures and ensuring thorough training for our staff. We will also work on improving our pre-check system for guest rooms.
