The butler opened our bag and took out the slippers we wanted to use which is so unacceptable. The receptionist was so disrespectful her name was lsa. The reservation department when I called to book my room was also disrespectful but willing to help and talks in a very rude way her name was Mic. The breakfast changed not what we used to eat it’s smaller way too smaller. On the pool no one helped us to set up the bed we had to do it ourselves. I was not told that the facilities are closed and I can only access the spa if I book a treatment which was never like that and I was only told when I finished my check in and paid. I am a repeated customer and after this experience I don’t think I will be coming again.

I booked a birthday dinner on the balcony, and I was truly happy and pleasantly surprised when I saw the setup and decorations. Everything looked beautiful. The food was also very fresh and delicious, which made the whole experience even more special.

Best room ever, nice view and territory. Beautiful spa and exceptional building exterior and interior. But service at restaurant and pool is bad. Needed to remind about ordered meals, they wanted to charge additional fees although half board was paid. And I had birthday and mentioned that before arrival in booking comments. But nothing was done in this regard, not even decoration or cake.
