I enjoyed the stay but the room service once they say we will back to you they never back ,I contacted them twice and the same problem happened .

From the moment we arrived, the warm and respectful welcome created a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the entire experience. The property is absolutely stunning—every detail, from the restaurants to the grand halls and lounge areas, reflects elegance and luxury, truly making us feel like we were living in a palace. A very special mention to the team for the thoughtful birthday surprise arranged for my son. The cake, balloons, and personalized birthday card were incredibly kind gestures and made the occasion even more memorable for our family. We were also very impressed with the breakfast experience. The variety was excellent, and we greatly appreciated the effort taken by your team to accommodate our vegetarian preferences with such care and attention. The terrace views were breathtaking, and the swimming pool and beach areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The overall upkeep of the property, including the beautifully maintained gardens, added significantly to the charm and relaxation of the stay. The kids’ club and movie theatre were a highlight for our son—he thoroughly enjoyed his time there, which also allowed us to relax and explore the property at ease. Overall, it was a truly luxurious and memorable staycation experience. Stayed for 4 nights and as a diamond member I upgraded to a suite. Club lounge service was generally poor. People were allowed to enter-in wet swim wear and improper dress. Was disappointing that a large number of the restaurants were closed leaving very limited options.
