Starts from your rude receptionists Jaun and Mirel - they should know they work for a hotel a service industry - teach them manners how to greet guests and let guests be felt at a welcoming place - looks like they have an attitude issue -

Reception staff very helpful during check-in. Room was basic but clean. Not easy to get to/from hotel by public transport but morning hotel bus transfer to airport very convenient though only available to book at the hotel. Later in afternoon the receptionist told us there was nowhere local to get an evening meal, a little later we were told the neighbouring hotel offered evening meals. In fact we found a very acceptable bar/restaurant within 5 minutes walk.

I realized to don't have an hairdryer in the room once out from the shower and there wasn't even a telephone in the room to call the reception.
