Reception staff were very unwelcoming, none were smiling nor friendly, hardly any eye contact, messed up the check in and another guest’s welcome card was in my room instead. The doorman was pleasant though. Room was small but overall ok, the old stained, dated dustbin in the bathroom should be replaced. No body lotion available. Regardless of being in a peak period or not, service staff should never forget what comes with being in the hospitality industry especially as a front liner, the first impression makes a lasting one. For me, I would never return to this hotel despite being in a great location as there are countless other hotels there to choose from.

Well located - but not much else

There were water problems. I couldn't even finish my shower the first morning. There are no outlets in the bathroom. Nor do they provide washcloths. Only a body towel and a hand towel. Very inconvenient. The room was run down. Stains on the carpet. I expected more for the amount of money charged per night.
