The level of customer service and recognition of loyalty (I am diamond) started with the booking process. My original request went to the hotel directly and the reservation team quickly responded with all the details I was looking for. I eventually booked through Accor. Upon arrival, the family was greeted by their front desk team and management. We instantly felt like we were home. A stunning, unexpected upgrade to beachfront was very much appreciated. From that time on, we did not leave the resort except for a short two hour visit to sunset town. All of our meals and activities were on property. Vy seemed to be our point person and she took care of us for every meal ensuring everything was perfect! Her customer service skills and ability to remember food preferences should be acknowledged by the leadership team. We did the kick boxing class, yoga, sound healing and utilized the spa services (outstanding). Overall a perfect trip and we are hoping to go back at the end of year for an another relaxing week in paradise. Beach was pristine and the whole property was kept clean If I had to change anything, I would suggest ordering the tomahawk steak medium rare. We ordered it medium and it was bit overdone. This would be the only thing that I would say wasn’t perfect. All other meals were outstanding. So many people to thank but special thank you to Vy and Ms. Nguyen (front desk manager) and her team for making us feel so welcomed. My wife shed some tears as we rolled out. Don’t hesitate to book this outstanding property. It was our families most favourite destination to date.

I had an absolutely amazing experience and honestly could not fault a single thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made me feel cared for throughout the entire trip. The resort itself was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and had everything I needed to fully switch off and enjoy myself. The amenities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the weather made the whole experience feel like a dream. Every day felt peaceful, easy, and memorable. Vietnam has completely won me over, the people, atmosphere, and hospitality were incredible. This trip exceeded all my expectations and I already know I’ll be coming back in the future. Premier Village is a beautiful resort with an amazing beach, stunning views, and lovely, welcoming staff. The overall atmosphere of the resort is relaxing and luxurious. The main disappointment was the food quality and breakfast buffet. After travelling around Vietnam and experiencing such incredible food standards, it was upsetting to see a breakfast buffet that felt underwhelming, with stale pastry options, missing signs, moved cutlery that created contamination concerns, and a very busy atmosphere where tables were not cleaned quickly and guests often had to wait for seating. It was also disappointing that salted Vietnamese coffee was only available from the Deli. While it could still be ordered from the Juice Bar or Pool Bar, it took quite a while as staff had to bring it over from another location. In Vietnam, where coffee culture is such a highlight, it would make sense for Vietnamese coffee to be available at all cafés within the resort. The villas themselves are beautiful, however there is noticeable wear and tear. Some outdoor furniture was dirty and stained, which took away from the premium experience. For the price paid at a luxury resort, the food quality and maintenance standards unfortunately did not fully reflect the level expected.

we stayed at Premier resort for 3 days and wished we'd had a longer stay. From the General Manager, Nicholas, to the staff in the bars and restaurants all the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. the resort itself is very welcoming, the fitness centre is well equipped and the private pool is a winner. We had a ball, and would stay there again.b
