The hotel itself is nice (good hardware), but the staff's lack of training led to an unpleasant experience There was no acknowledgement of status, special occasion or proactive guidance on elite benefits like upgrades. Lack of knowledge: Misinformed about parking fee and had to go back and forth to the supervisor. Poor communication: Ignored useful facility info and focused only on reading out the paper’s "forbidden rules." Unfriendly management: The supervisor was just as unpleasant as the service was inefficient. A hospitality: business should know how to treat guests. I expected better.

Location of the hotel is bad, not near to any monorail station. Front desk staff not aware of accor plus/explorer free night stay.

Cons: service staff at breakfast was inflexible, biscuits bought from family mart not allowed to feed a crying and hungry child at the cafe was not acceptable in my opinion
