It is unacceptable that no proper inspection was arranged after your report, and we regret that our response did not resolve the situation during your stay. We also regret that we were unable to accommodate your request for a late check-out under the circumstances. While we do have policies in place, we understand your expectations, especially given the weather conditions, and acknowledge that a more flexible and proactive approach should have been taken.
