We look forward to coming back to Sofitel every time we’re in KL. The service here is impeccable, and we’re always so well taken care of. Our only complaint is that the espresso coffees in LeBar has dropped in quality significantly. Previously, the lattes were really rich in flavour and never tasted diluted and bland. Our last 3 visits in the last year was disappointing - would really encourage the team to relook at what might have changed.
