The staffed who checked me in. I can’t remember her name but she need some customer service classes or may be she is new I don’t know. Well I travelled from India to Malaysia had long international travel also with my little one she is two year old. I arrived at the hotel around 10. I have requested for early check in if possible as I have little kid and she was so tired as overnight she didn’t sleep. She said you are so early and we can not give you free early check in. We don’t have any room available. I asked politely that most of the cases as I travel around the world as a courtesy to look after the customer if they have room vacant they offer me for free or asked to wait 30 min or so when they have room cleaned. Well this is not the case I can understand the business and up selling. Not talking about the money I have paid extra to check in early. Don’t take me that way. She clearly said we are so busy and we do not have room for free. I asked politely that I have little girl she is two year old we are so tired and I can not wait. I don’t mind to pay extra. As soon as she hear that I am paying extra she had room available out of the sky. She made her face as I was arguing and asking questions she didn’t like it. Didn’t explained me what facility you guys have. I have to ask and again she explain me in rude way. I hope you have a cctv footage that can show you how her face expression was. Anyway over all experience was great. Lovely pool to chill . Great location.

Overall customer journey is not welcoming especially on booking amendments, updates, follow up and payment involved deposit which held up my credit limit for longest time.
