The Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is a luxury oasis just a few kilometres from the city center. As accor platinum members we got a very nice corner room on the 16th floor. The room was absolutely quiet, very spacious, well equipped and extremely clean. Many thanks to the excellent room service. The pool area is also very beautiful. The water in the big pool is at a quite pleasant temperature. The sauna area is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pleasantly quiet Club Millesime also leaves nothing to be desired. The food is varied and of high quality. Thank you very much to the very attentive, friendly and helpful staff Vino, Anishma, Lachana, Ekbar, Midhun and Hans. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, which is not least due to the very friendly and attentive staff beginning with the doormen. Also many thanks to the concierge. A special thank to housekeeping manager Norshahida Noor who implemented our suggestions directly.

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved the area. The room felt luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. Whenever we requested extra pillows or towels, they arrived almost immediately, which really impressed us. The location is also great, with Pavilion Damansara just a short and easy walking distance away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again

after i completed the checkin in the counter, the staff immediately left. when i went back to ask for some more details, no one is willing to help, after I waited for over 5 mins without anyone help, i went up to the lounge at 22F to get the questions resolved.

Some feedback - we arrived at the Club to check in at about 4:45pm and as the cakes were laid out, my daughter and I went to the buffet and picked up a plate and were about to take a piece of cake when one staff member politely told us that the buffet starts at 5pm. While I understand maybe it was early, it felt a bit embarrassing for us and also not a particularly good way to handle the situation - if the buffet is out, people will naturally assume it’s okay to help themselves. I thought it was still the high tea going on. Perhaps some way to handle this better could be figured out?
