Hotel was booked for parking facility and for comfort. Staff were curious and mostly helpful but little niggles with our stay

Your comfort is a priority, and your comments have been taken into account. We have replaced the kettle in the room and reviewed our housekeeping procedures to ensure the availability of shower gel and bath mats. We apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding the rooms, ours are indeed adapted to the requests of our guests, who often request spacious rooms with two single beds. Regarding the restaurant, we were actually in between two exhibition and every two month we have one day of transition. This was a very nice stay in a beautiful and stylish hotel in the heart of Metz. Location was great, walking distance for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The room was awesome and very spacious, bathroom was with shower and bathtub, nicely arranged and designed. We had coffee and tea maker, water and snacks for welcoming, a lot of informative hints. The tea was made available in plastic-free tea bags - much appreciated!!! And last but not least Merci Boucoup Asita for a spotless clean room!
