My family have been coming here for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy the place. The staff, accommodation & amenities. It's great. One of the best things we have always looked forward to has been the food. Only this time it was a big letdown due to a change in Menu. Bring back the old menu, the food felt like it was a pub lunch more than a quality restaurant.

We had a 4 night stay. Lovely location. Easy walking access to the beach. Room was spacious though a bit tired and in need of improvement. Restaurant dinner menu was limited. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Though I feel the accommodation is over priced.

Food was atrocious, place was managed like fawlty towers. Did not do the Margaret River region any favours. No welcome drink because we booked via Qantas- stingy approach to deliverables in general. Not a five star experience Pullman.

Attentiveness and friendlieness of the staff is far from being satisfactory, quality of service in the 'restaurant' (with the charm of a train station) is poor and meals are very low quality. Neither will we recommend the resort nor will I ever choose it again. Clearly the worst experience in the last decade of global travel!

Was placed in room 136, a long distance from reception, plus the TV's (two) did not work and the staff after four requests to fix it could not. But in the end I was given an upgrade to a bigger room which was very pleasing. All appliances worked.

When we first arrived, we were given the room key but did not show us how to get to our room nor asked us if we need help with our luggages. For hotel of this ranking, this is very basic service to expect .

I have stayed at Pullman hotels across the world many times, at Bunker bay twice before but was really not overwhelmed this time.There was a conference being held which was fine, but I just feel other guests were ignored, really just left to their own accord. Some guidance how to work around conference attendees would have really been appreciated. We could not have dinner in the restaurant , first available slot was 08:30. Could not even get n drink at the bar, eventually I ordered with a QR code , drinks never arrived …. eventually had to go and look for them. Decided to have room service. Just feeling a bit disappointed. Was going to be a wonderful end of a trip to Denmark and Albany Was looking forward to a nice dinner perhaps a pre dinner drink or even just a drink in the bar after travelling all day. Perhaps next time you have a conference just spend a little more time on how to manage your other guest - finding a way that both Conference goers and your other guest could enjoy the experience. I just really felt ignored with this experience.

Staff are very helpful, I enjoyed the benefits of my Accor Plus membership which enhanced my stay even further with complimentary wine, room upgrade. I was able to entirely relax knowing everything was all at my fingertips and the restaurant access was easy and good service too.
