The location is perfect for airport or downtown Edinburgh. They offer (at an extra charge), breakfast, simple dinner options and ample parking. The staff is awesome

This hotel is in an ideal position for access to Edinburgh airport. It's a short walk from the tram stop with regular trams running between the city and airport. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Check in was straightforward. Staff were friendly. Our only negative was that it took a while to get served at the bar and staff did not keep on top of replacing cups at the coffee station the next morning.

Close to tram, very easy to get in and out of the city centre. Across from a big shopping centre. Maris was friendly and helpful. Toilet light would come on by itself during the night oddly. Just watch your head on the bunk of there's one in the room.
