Very good hotel. My room had a beautiful lake view and the staff were very helpful during my stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.Rooms are little old and could use some renovation, but everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, it offers very good value for money and I would recommend it.

Our stay at Grand Mercure Da Nang was overall very enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The hotel facilities and overall service quality met our expectations. The only disappointing aspect was the check-in experience. Despite our booking and payments having been completed prior to arrival, we were asked to wait for an extended period while payment details were re-verified. After a long journey, this did not create the welcoming first impression we expected from a premium hotel. To the hotel's credit, the General Manager personally reached out, acknowledged the issue, and apologized, which demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Another minor concern was the in-room bottled water arrangement. Given the hotel's positioning and room rates, complimentary drinking water could be made more transparent or generous. Overall, Grand Mercure Da Nang offers excellent accommodation, good food, and attentive management. With a smoother arrival process and clearer communication regarding in-room amenities, the guest experience would be even better.

It is our first time in this hotel and we are truly impressed by the staff, particularly the ones in the executive lounge. They went above & beyond to assist guests. Everything is flawless. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another stay for early next year when we are back in town
