Some feedback - the only negative thing I can think of is your air conditioning. It is useless. I called your staff to come and help and still it was bad. If you select 24, it should go to 24. It is on 20, and after many hours it only rises to 21. Then even after waiting overnight, it only rises to 21.5. It shouldn't take 3 days to rise from 20 to 24 if I want it at 24. It should take 15-30 mins. Clearly all your air conditioners are useless. Please get this problem fixed. But I am sure you already know about a big issue like this. Also, fix your booking process. After emailing you, it goes to 50 different people. Many of them don't work at your hotel anymore. So I get all these undeliverable email notices come back to me, as those emails are shut down. Then, after emailing with your staff a few times about the price, they just stopped responding.

We had a great stay at Pullman Central Park celebrating our child’s birthday. The birthday decorations were lovely, the amenities were excellent, and we were especially happy with the many kids activities available, which is impressive for a hotel located in the city center. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a memorable experience.

Customer service was spot on — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast options were very good, and the team did a great job accommodating our big family group (3 adults, 2 babies, and 2 nannies). Overall a smooth and pleasant stay, my wife was very happy. Would definitely come back. During our stay, our baby boy fell sick, and the staff were very helpful with hospital recommendations and thoughtful follow-ups, which meant a lot to us.
