Novotel Hyderabad Airport is a large, well-equipped airport hotel with the warmth and service one expects from Accor. The shuttle pickup is near Pillar 7 at arrivals and takes around 10 minutes, though it runs hourly rather than continuously. The team was wonderful, with Simran at reception going out of her way to help us, recognise our membership status and accommodate our requests. We had an early departure, and the hotel thoughtfully packed more parathas than we had requested for breakfast—a lovely gesture! Unfortunately, the room was a letdown. The almost-transparent bathroom offers very little privacy, making it uncomfortable for families, while the continuously running flush and non-functional hand shower pointed to maintenance gaps. A hotel of this standing should pay closer attention to room checks. After all, service may win hearts, but the room is where guests actually stay. Our overnight experience was otherwise pleasant, and with better room maintenance and bathroom privacy, this property could be excellent.
