The stay got off to a good start: a warm and speedy welcome. Platinum status was recognized, with a complimentary minibar and a welcome amenity. Unfortunately, that was the extent of the positives. The room I was given must be intended for families, as it connects to the room next door. A nightmare ! You can hear absolutely everything. When he snores, when he watches videos at full volume and when he talks on speakerphone. The best part is when an employee decides that vacuuming at 12:44 AM. I’ve never seen anything like it. I thought it was a joke. And finally, at times, there was a smell of tobacco in the room coming from the ventilation. If you have to go there, I hope you have better luck than I did. _______________ Le séjour avait bien commencé : Un accueil chaleureux et rapide. Reconnaissance du statut platinum avec mini bar offert et plateau de bienvenue. Malheureusement pour le côté positif ça s'arrête là. La chambre que j'ai eu doit servir de base aux familles car communicantes avec la chambre d'à côté. Un cauchemar ! On attend absolument tout. Quand il ronfle, quand il écoute des vidéos avec le son au maximum à 6h du matin et quand il téléphone en haut-parleur. Le meilleur c'est quand un employé se dit que passer l'aspirateur à 00h44 est une bonne idée. Je n'ai jamais vu ça. Je pensais à une blague. Et enfin, pour finir, par moment une odeur de tabac dans la chambre avec la ventilation.

When I reached the hotel no one was present at the reception for check in for almost 10 mins Had booked bed and breakfast still at the restaurant they insisted my breakfast is not included this happened second time.
