Special thanks to Mr. Haikal and Mr. Rey for their exceptional assistance. They provided us with very detailed information, helped arrange our room perfectly, and even prepared special amenities for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel very welcomed and valued. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Bayu, who took wonderful care of my family during breakfast time when I was not around. One issue I often experience during my stays is that the air conditioning is not cool enough, which sometimes requires me to request a room change. (I love when FO staff has flexibility to change the rooms) Nevertheless, the spacious and clean rooms make this hotel one of my favorite places to stay for quality me time.

- check-in was exceptionally good, very friendly and professional - lounge service was very good, food selection quite uncommon (missed local foods) - breakfast: cantine athmosphere, felt a bit lost, no one came by to bring cutlery/napkins or offer coffee; food selection was very diverse, quality was good - pool and fish pond: both are a very big plus, well maintained - housekeeping only came by at 19:00 in the evening (which we found quite unusal) - swim wear of a former guest had been left behind in our room
