Rating: 1/10 As an Accor Gold member, my stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below acceptable hospitality standards. At check-in, I was informed by the staff member (Nachiket) that no upgrades were available due to full capacity and that breakfast was included with our booking. However, the initially allocated room (Room 510) was unhygienic, with a strong unpleasant smell, visible stains on the carpet and sofa, and a ball of hair on the carpet. I reported this immediately (within 10 minutes) with photographic evidence. Only then was an upgrade offered, contradicting the earlier claim of full capacity. The second room (Room 402) presented another issue, with an opened and partially used water bottle found in the minibar. While this was acknowledged and removed, it raised further concerns about service standards. A staff member (Connor) later assisted us courteously by providing replacement water, which was appreciated. The most disappointing aspect was the handling of breakfast. Despite being told at check-in that breakfast was included, we were challenged the following morning. Although access was eventually granted, on the subsequent morning my wife was publicly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable and humiliated by Staff Connor before I intervened and paid for breakfast. The issue was never about cost, but about poor communication and lack of professionalism. Overall, the experience highlighted serious shortcomings in housekeeping, internal communication, staff training, and customer service. There was a noticeable lack of hospitality, accountability, and consistency. Given this experience, I see little value in Accor Gold membership, which feels more like a marketing gimmick than a meaningful loyalty benefit. I will be escalating this feedback to Accor directly.

I arrived at approximately 2:30 PM and had to wait for about an hour before my room was ready. Despite being a member, the reception team did not inform me about the complimentary parking available in front of the hotel; instead, they attempted to promote paid parking options. Additionally, the breakfast quality requires improvement, particularly in terms of offering more vegetarian choices.

The check in was chaotic. Although they did recognise and acknowledge. Rooms not ready until after 5.30pm. Rooms were fine, but one was not what we had requested in terms of configuration, which meant someone slept on a sofa bed! We did also try to get the tv in the bar on for a football game. However there was an issue as they lost the remote! I solved by using the remote from my room! Not as good as previous stays I have had at the hotel.
