Great room, a little small. Could do with a radiator for drying towels/clothes and facilities to make a hot drink. As there’s no facilities for drinks in the rooms this should be 24hrs in reception.

We really wanted to give a higher score, all the staff were brilliant and friendly, good breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms. We come to France each April for our wedding anniversary and try and stay in different parts of the country and when in Paris different areas to experience the neighbourhoods. What let is down was the inconsiderate guests and the noise each night, I had to wear ear plugs which I shouldn’t have to. My profile says quiet room due to my wife being disabled and neurodivergent, so noise is not good. We had an issue with the room above with children and the jumping off the bed and stomping around the room for hours, to be fair to the staff member I spoke to on the night, he went straight up to speak to them and then came to see me, so thanks to him, however the parent then stomped on the floor in Protest I had complained, pathetic.that guest left the following day, however this sort of noise carried on from the rest of the hotel during our whole stay. While I know you cannot control your guests you need to be proactive, put up signs in the lift and the floors asking them to be respectful of other guests that maybe resting etc, the amount of people just letting their doors bang shut was ridiculous, at all hotels we stay out and it’s been thousands, we are mindful of other people and keep our noise to the bare minimum, we even watch our iPad with headphones on. The staff were brilliant the hotel not so much, shame

Friendly and welcoming staff, perfect location on a quiet street, yet in the very centre of Paris. Tasty carbonated water from the machine is available 24/7. Wish the hot drinks would be available later in the evening too, not only till 18:00.

Great hotel overall, nice restaurants nearby. Lovely street, nice beds, great shower, well kept. Nice snack option of complementary popcorn and drinks. Very nice staff. The only downside I would say is the poor sound insulation where you can hear your neighbours next doors and upstairs and the room temperature was very hot, even when air-conditioning was on all night at 19°C. So difficulties regulating the temperature, only got better when opening the window, but then you get street noises instead so not really feasible during the night. Even when it cooled down, it got very hot again very quickly (in less than 20 minutes after closing the window). But overall, very nice hotel, nice breakfast as well.
