We had a comfortable five-day stay at Ibis. The staff was responsive to our requests (extra towels, hot water, etc.). The breakfast was very good. We actually prefer to stay in a non-tourist area which has supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. We were able to use local transportation most of the time as the hotel is just a 5-min walk to various bus and subway stations.

description was lie (no minibar and smart tv was broken) and ask to pay higher than reservation (asked to pay 3021.90 BRL while it was 2878.00 BRL when reservation was made). I will not stay ibis hotel in the future.
