And they even said they don't work with face towels, even though other branches I went to do. And the smell of the bath towels was like bleach.

We had a comfortable five-day stay at Ibis. The staff was responsive to our requests (extra towels, hot water, etc.). The breakfast was very good. We actually prefer to stay in a non-tourist area which has supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. We were able to use local transportation most of the time as the hotel is just a 5-min walk to various bus and subway stations.
