Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast amenities. Juice tasted diluted and toaster was incredibly slow but overall decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

There were several lights in our room and in the corridoor that didn't work. The shower in our room was only warm. The toast at breakfast was toasted on what looked like domestic toasters on an extension lead, which took ages to toast, which meant by the time they were done the rest of the breakfast was cold.

I stayed in room 221. The room looked really dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. This was not reflected in the price either. This is not the standard I expect from Novotel. The air con controls did not work. The toilet and bathroom are really dated and in desperate need of modernising. The bed was good.

Simple, easy check in, room was good standard although I didn’t like bathroom organisation. Breakfast was fine, with a good range of foods.

Good location but loud outside, rooms dated, limited choices at breakfast and often empty, no water between 10pm and 5am - very expensive for so many cons. Positives - location is good, they have car park but expensive.
