It is centrally located in malioboro area, spacious and comfy bed. A bit expensive for Jogja standard, but if you want to explore malioboro down to keraton this is good place to stay. Lot of eatery and shopping area within becak/delman reach. They keep and inform me that I left behind an earphone. The parking is bit limited but it is OK as long as not in holiday season. you don't really need a car if you stay in this area anyway.
