Staying at Novotel Makassar for my business trip was the best decision I made. Impressed with their services. Service was started a two days before my arrival in Makassar. I was reached out by their Guest Relation Officer Nisa and reka, they prepared the essentials for my stay. Security’s very helpfull. Arrival and check in was smooth. Room was neatly prepared. Breakfast was outstanding and tasty. Thank you for all the welcomes and looking forward to be back to Makassar and stay at Novotel

The room is excellent, the food is good. The Amount of the breakfast menu is quite less compared to the hotel star and price. Must improve the go-to-parking elevator, which smell very bad. Despite all plus minus mentioned above, 3.9/5 is a fair score.

Great experience while staying here, and very close to pantai Losari. Shoutout to Bagas Duty Manager for greeting us throughout our stay, and Hikmah & Alya from F&B for the great service during breakfast. Engineering was very fast in fixing water heater problem but overall great hospitality - looking forward to coming back. Also delicious nasi goreng from room service

Still OK Hotel for short trip

The room is OK. Only the pillow is hard so I sleep without any pillow. More comfortable for me. The bathroom is OK. The breakfast is so so since the restaurant situation like crowded. The chair and the table is not arrange properly, make it looks like not a hotel with 4 stars.
