The room was comfortable, with nice view and our experience was above average. The only problem was that we had booked a room for whole family (4 persons) but when we arrived the beds for the kids where not ready. Also we had to ask every day for the extra (for the kids) set of towels.

I wanted a piece of chocolate cake to go with my espresso after the restaurant had closed, however the bartender managed to get me a slice. I was so happy!

I stay here usually once or twice a year with my family whilst visiting family. It is always clean, bright and I’m usually really well looked after. I booked an executive room so there is a sofa bed for each of my children, when I got to the room one bed was not made up. I requested with reception for this to made up at 3pm and went out for the rest of day. When I got back at 9pm it still wasn’t done. I went reception to ask for sheets as no one answered when I rang on the phone. when they came they brought me wrong sheets so I had to back to reception again where I was told by one gentleman there were no other sheets left but another man sorted it and more sheets came to the room. It was 10pm and my kids were tired so not ideal. Three times I had to ask for help. The next day my key card stopped working. I had an hour to sort some things out before I was being collected. I ended up having to queue for 20 mins in order to get a new key card. 20 mins to be able to get in my room! So then I was left rushing because of this, There was no apology for my wait or for the day before. I had another small issues but they are minor and not worth mentioning but overall I left feeling quite annoyed. So whilst the hotel still feels very new and is very clean, well located and with great facilities I left feeling very disappointed as a repeat customer.
