Right from the start, we were welcomed with a lovely touch, a personalized letter waiting for us in the room. It's a small detail, but it made us really happy and set the tone for the whole stay. The hotel is spotless, the food is genuinely great (both dinner and breakfast, we definitely treated ourselves), and the staff are super friendly, always smiling.
