As a diamond member and a loyal Accor guest we did not feel welcome. Check-in was problematic, checkout was very unfriendly. We had no amenities in the room. For welcome drink we were given terrible wine and the barmen was somehow rude. They don’t realize that we have chosen this hotel because of Accor. But we are also loosing our trust to Accor.
