A beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very pleasant from start to finish. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit different preferences. Dinner was also satisfying, with well-prepared dishes and good quality ingredients. Overall, a very enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend.

Comfortable stay and good food served at breakfast. One area of opportunity is to improve the gym facility downstairs to become more pleasant to customers. Aircon was not working the day I was using the gym.

Standard room with AC not working properly. Too warm during the night. Limited resources at the desk during the checkout hour. As a member i was expecting to be upgraded and if not get a word when i checked in
